Cancellations/Rescheduling

We require 48 hours notice for rescheduling.  Otherwise you forfeit your deposit and your credit card will be charged for the deposit amount.  Cancelled appointments or no shows will forfeit your deposit and your credit card will be charged for the deposit amount.  

Late Policy

We offer a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your booking.  Should you arrive later than 15 minutes, and we are unable to accommodate your booking, you will forfeit your deposit and your credit card will be charged for the deposit amount. 

No Show

Any missed appointments without a 48 hours notice will result in forfeiting your deposit.
